The hotel's location is fantastic in the city center, making it strategic for exploring Bandung. While the rooms may feel a bit dated with limited outlets and lack an artistic touch, the service is outstanding and very helpful. The dining experience offers a variety of delicious options, and the facilities are decent.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious and located just below the sky bar, they felt quite old and lacked any artistic touch. Unfortunately, the smell of smoke was noticeable, which was a downside. On the bright side, the service provided by the friendly and accommodating staff, especially Ms./Mrs. Mona, who took excellent care of my two-night stay, was exceptional. The location, despite being spacious and having some flood issues, offered the best hospitality and easy access to various amenities nearby. The dining options were varied, including traditional, Middle Eastern, and Chinese menus, but the selection was relatively poor. The overall facilities were decent, but some aspects needed improvement.
